In-Mold Labelled (IML) Tubes
ICONS has introduced our recycled and recyclable mono-material PP injection molded tubes with in-mold labelling (IML) capability, manufactured by ICONS on-shore USA facility. The IML technology enables brands to achieve photo quality 360° artwork that seamlessly extends over the shoulder (no halo) and the tubes also have a barely visible join-line. The in-mold labeling means the tubes can be full color, matte or glossy and have metallic or iridescent effects as well as hot and cold stamping decoration. From head to crimp, every millimeter becomes your canvas. This means brands never have to compromise on quality, aesthetics, or sustainability again. When it comes to artwork, the sky is the limit!
In addition to being mono-material PP, the injection molded IML tubes can be made with Post-Consumer Recycled PP for added sustainability. Available in sizes D35, D40 and D50, the IML tubes come in round or oval shapes and can be paired with flip-top snap-on or flip-top screw-on caps. And since our IML tubes are manufactured in the USA, this results in a smaller carbon footprint and shorter shipping times for North America based destinations.
Tubes with Innovative Applicators
Tubes with innovative applicators are a cost-effective, versatile packaging option. Featuring our ICONS D30 airless tube with pump, the D30 oval tube with comb and the D40 tube with disc cap. ICONS airless tubes enable formulations to last longer by limiting exposure to the air and other contaminants, making them perfect for serums and eco-friendlier formulas. Available with a variety of pump and sprayer styles.
Our ICONS D30 Oval Tube with PP comb empowers consumers with experiential hair care. Available with 2 versions of the comb: one dispenses the formula via the base of the comb, and the other dispenses via the tip of the comb for a more precise application. Available in several sustainable material options, from recyclable PP or PE, to PCR, Sugarcane and Ocean Plastic.
ICONS D50 Nozzle Tube
Experience ultimate convenience with the ICONS D50 Nozzle Tube designed with a 5mmD orifice, making it perfect for scalp treatments, hair conditioners, bond builders, colorants and more. ICONS tubes are available in various materials and finishes, can be made in sustainable materials including PCR, sugarcane, or ocean plastic. ICONS’s versatile mono material PP pump (pictured left) is a popular option for environmentally conscious hair care brands. It is available in 2 neck sizes, 24/410 or 28/410, smooth or ribbed collar and various pump actuator styles. It was also designed with a handy twist lock mechanism.
