Refillable packaging is an environmentally friendly and convenient packaging option for compacts and palettes as consumers replace the godet instead of replacing the product. ICS has a variety of refillable compacts and palettes available, including our ICS award winning and patent pending modular refillable compact. We also utilize recycled paper for shipping cartons, offer reductions in shipping and packing waste wherever possible and can provide Post Consumer Recycled Plastic (PCR) options.

MEET AND DISCUSS
Your ICS journey will begin by meeting and discussing your project with members of our dedicated team in person or online. Whether the idea for your project is highly defined from your team, a blue sky brief or you just want to customize a stock product; our team are experts at delivering functional, innovative packaging design solutions.
SOURCE OR DESIGN
After the plan for your project has been outlined, ICS will then provide you with a detailed proposal. Whether customizing one of our thousands of existing products or designing packaging for your project completely from scratch, we will provide you with a design that will fulfil your requirements.
DEVELOPMENT
ICS understands that every packaging design and its cosmetic contents are different. We will work closely with you throughout the process, to make certain the material selection, pack functionality and appearance go hand in hand with your concept and formulation and make sure all your requirements are fulfilled.
Supervision
At ICS our product development teams and packaging engineers are located in Taiwan and China because we believe it is important to be based near the factories where your item is being produced and supervise the project throughout. As a result, we can provide quicker service for you and faster turn-a-round time for you project.

Any factory we work with must pass rigorous quality, ethical and social responsibility guidelines. Our manufacturers hold various certifications including but not limited to ISO 9001, ISO 9001: 14001. ETI/SA 8000 and GMP. Our propriety in-house quality assurance program ensures you always receive the highest quality product.
Shipment
ICS in-house logistics team will provide detailed production updates and weekly order reports so you have peace of mind, knowing your target ship dates and schedules will be met. Standard shipping options include Freight on Board (FOB); Cost, Insurance, Freight (CIF); Delivery Duty Paid (DDP); and Delivered and Duty Unpaid (DDU).
