In-Mold Labelled (IML) Tubes
Manufactured by ICONS|America, our sustainable mono-material PP tubes are available with PCR and because they are manufactured in the USA, they reduce carbon footprint and deliver faster lead times for North American destinations. Thanks to the in-mold labelling (IML) technology, brands are able to achieve photo quality, 360° artwork, including matte, glossy, metallic, iridescent finishes as well as hot and cold stamping, digital print, and flexography. The artwork seamlessly extends over the shoulder (no halo) and has a barely visible join line. The tubes are available in D35, D40 and D50 sizes, in round and oval shapes, with flip-top snap-on or flip-top screw-on caps.

ICONS D50 Nozzle Tube
Tubes are not only a cost-effective packaging alternative but also an extremely versatile option. ICONS also has a growing family of square shaped tubes, including our D45 square tube with flip-top cap and D25 tube with nozzle applicator and screw-on cap. For added sustainability, our tubes can be produced with various sustainable materials such as mono-material PP or PE (with added PCR), ocean plastics, and bio-plastic sugarcane.
