The holiday officially starts February 14 and factories in China will be closed 2 weeks or more during this period and factories in Taiwan will be closed 1 week or more.  For your reference, International Cosmetic Suppliers offices will be closed for the Chinese New Year holidays as follows:
 

1. ICS Hong Kong office closed Feb 13-16
2. ICS Taiwan  office closed Feb 13-21
3. ICS China office closed Feb 13-19
