Yes. Minimum order quantities vary depending on the product, however, our standard is 20,000-25,000 pieces.

Yes. ICS has our own exclusive quality assurance program and supplier evaluation process which includes QA during development and ICS QC inspections before delivery of every shipment. We follow strict guidelines to source and produce products according to specifications. ICS is also ISO 9001:2008 certified for design, project management and supply of cosmetic products. Standard options include Freight on Board (FOB); Cost, Insurance, Freight (CIF); Delivery Duty Paid (DDP); and Delivered and Duty Unpaid (DDU).  Shipping options can be negotiated in the beginning stages of our partnership when the project is in development.
