ICS has ISO 9001:2008 Certification
The certification for ISO 9001:2008 is for design, project management and supply of cosmetic products. It recognizes that the policies, practices and procedures of ICS ensure consistent quality in the services and product we provide our clients. With this certification, our clients can be confident that ICS is dedicated to maintaining the highest level of efficiency and responsiveness in achieving our goal: service, quality, and client satisfaction!

Exclusive ICS QA Process
ICS quality department is dedicated to ensuring your project is in control and monitored each step of the way:

1. Through our supplier evaluation process, we audit factories and work with them on quality before, during and after production
2. You receive full transparency of all developments, approval boards and regular project updates
3. We require signed samples, in their final form, prior to commencing production for every new product
4. We offer quality engineer support during production as well as quality control before delivery

QA/QC Process
ICS follows strict guidelines to source and produce products according to your specifications:

1. ICS exclusive inspection process:
     - Specifies frequency of inspections
     - Classification of defects
     - Detailed inspection criteria
     - Sampling
     - Approval process
   
2. Inspection based on internationally accepted Standard Sampling Method, ANSI/ASQC Z1.4
3. All shipments must pass an on-site final inspection conducted by ICS quality inspectors prior to shipment
4. If warranted, we may also perform inspection at production start-up and midway through production cycle, once at least 50% of the order has been completed.

Supplier Evaluation
Using our almost 20 years experience in Asia, we have developed our own exclusive supplier evaluation process which assesses for:

1. Quality
2. Ethical/Social Responsibility (employment, health, safety, environment)
3. Capabilities
4. Certifications

All our factory partners must pass our evaluation process before we use them, and once selected, they are then evaluated at least twice each year.
