Report to : Director of Engineering / Development

1. Based in Hong Kong.
2. Part of the NPD team, working closely with R&D and PPD to analyze/ build/ debug design flow to help to improve Encounter tools performance.
3. Plan and develop product spec for PPD to address future and immediate customer requirements.
4. Key member of a multi-discipline team to create effective technical solutions,
5. Capable of direct customer engagement.
6. Effective project management to ensure all projects meet the agreed goals.
7. Fully understand product market application, product requirement and specifications
8. Ensure the project specifications and goals are followed.
9. Provide the leadership, direction and support as required to all projects including: design analysis, test development, process development, quality and verification and prototype production.
10. Lead tool validation.
11. Approve technical /engineering proposal / specification before submission to customer.
12. Provide support to the site account program manager to set project organization, structure reporting and communication processes and agree upon the functional checkpoints.
13. Lead the project by supervising / monitoring and analyzing results and taking appropriate actions to ensure that the agreed project goals will be fulfilled.
14. Complete conclusion report within the frame/ scope of the project.

1. Experience with cosmetic packaging preferred.
2. Engineering degree in Plastics or Mechanical or equivalent discipline.
3. At least 5 years related working experience.
4. Good knowledge of plastic injection, blow molding, injection blow molding and finishes for product development and manufacturing.
5. Proficient with reading and interpretation of drawings, preferred experience with SolidWorks.
6. Organized, detailed-oriented, mature and responsible.
7. Highly committed to work and able to work under pressure.
8. Good command of English and able to communicate in Mandarin.
