Sue Nichols is the CEO and founder of International Cosmetic Suppliers, Ltd. (ICS), a full service provider to the cosmetic and beauty packaging industry.
Sue grew up in Newcastle, Australia and started her cosmetic supply career at an early age. She gained experience on both sides of the beauty supply fence, working in both wholesale and retail. After 20 years in cosmetic and beauty packaging supply industry in Australia, Sue moved to Asia so she could be at the heart of the cosmetic industry and have more direct contact with manufacturing sources.
By concentrating on being a serviced based partner to clients, the company grew at a lightening fast pace, growing in size and profits each year. Sue is committed to providing the highest standard in everything she does, personally and professionally and that same standard can be seen in the corporate structure and philosophies of ICS.

Sue is well known for her expertise, tenacity and passion for the cosmetic and beauty packaging industry. Although being the CEO takes Sue all over the world, her favorite aspect of her job is working closely with the development and engineering staff so she can be involved in the day to day production decisions.
